Merry Christmas!

We celebrated Christmas with Angela's family this year and had a lot of fun! Watching Madeleine ooh & ahh over Santa and all the "pretty lights" made it even more special this year. Christmas Eve we headed to Angela's parents house to visit, celebrate and open presents....lots of presents! My goodness, Madeleine was spoiled! We had a great time visiting with her Grandparents and Aunt & Uncle who joined us this year as well.

Christmas Day was spent over at Angela's brothers house with the entire family again. We relaxed and ate more food than we needed to but boy, it was yummy!

Here is Madeleine is a car that Angela used to ride around in when she was younger! Her dad refurbished it and when Madeleine gets a little bigger, she can ride around in it!

Baby Kathryn is getting so BIG! She is already eating solids and sitting up!

Here is Madeleine opening her very first gift! It was a doggy that you take into the bathtub and wash it's ears and tail...pretty cool! She did a good job at unwrapping the presents too. We were impressed!

Once again, Santa made a special stop to our house!

Raymont made out big and was very excited about some of his gifts!

Madeleine on Christmas morning...she was so excited about her doll house!

Madeleine LOVES baby Kathryn and played with her a lot over the Holiday!

Madeleine loves her Grandpa too!

After a fun but long day, Mama and Madeleine snuggled up on the couch.

Girls Night Out!

Met some of my favorite girls out for drinks and to celebrate the Holiday early! We had a great time and even took a look around the new Neiman Marcus.

Santa & his Reindeer!

I took Madeleine with my moms group to see Santa and his reindeer. This was probably Madeleine's 5th or 6th Santa sighting this season. She LOVES Santa!

Madeleine and Taylor are best buddies...

The group that made it that day!

Some of the kids didn't like Santa but we had four left standing!

Finally...Snow!!!

It finally snowed! We took Madeleine for her first official "walk" in the snow (last year she wasn't walking when it snowed). I think Jeff & I liked it more than she did. She thought her footprints in the snow were pretty neat. It was beautiful to walk in the snow and see all the Christmas lights in the neighborhood. Jeff has tomorrow off so we hope it sticks around and snows a little more so we can play! But then it needs to melt so he can get into work!

Santa Train!

Madeleine rode the Santa train with all her friends over the weekend and had a blast! The train is decorated for the holidays and on the ride into town to see Santa, everyone sang Jingle Bells and Dashing through the Snow. When we got into town, Madeleine got to see Santa, explore the train yard and we all enjoyed hot cocoa and cookies. It was so much fun!

Madeleine loves Santa...she gave him a big hug!

Seattle Symphony!

Jeff & I went to the symphony to see CIRQUE DE LA SYMPHONIE! The show was amazing. The Christmas music was so pretty and along with the music, we watched Cirque's aerialists, dancers, jugglers and mimes...really cool! I took a few pictures of the performers but they didn't turn out. We had great balcony seats and Jeff planned a very fun night that started at the Purple wine bar downtown.

Dinner & Ornament Exchange!

We got together with our fun group of friends in the area and celebrated the holidays! We had a yummy dinner and the kids did an ornament exchange. Below is Madeleine with the ornament she picked!

Christmas Tree Lighting

Our town had a small Christmas tree lighting last night. We met some friends in town for the festivities. We all had fun, especially Madeleine. She enjoyed seeing Santa & Mrs. Claus, the festive lights, listening to the choir sing holiday songs and watching the fire truck carrying Santa blaze in with lights and sirens! Wow, what fun!
