Florida Week 1!!!

Jeff, Madeleine & I headed to Naples, FL to visit with Jeff's family and to see some sunshine for a few weeks. We had a lot of fun! We spent a lot of time at the pool and Madeleine LOVED it. She would have spent literally all-day in the pool...we had to drag her out after about 4 hours or so :-)

Madeleine was so excited to arrive and see her "big kid bed" with Care Bear bedding!

The first day we arrived it was in the 80's and gorgeous but a storm moved in and rained the next day. Madeleine & I went out to lunch and found an indoor playground to play at!

We took Jeff's mom out to dinner for her birthday! Jeff's family that live in Naples suggested a really yummy restaurant and we had some yummy seafood. Madeleine played on the beach and found a few seashells while everyone finished dinner.

Madeleine saw this Egret at the pool a few times and was very interested in this bird.

Drew arrived and thought Madeleine's bed was pretty fun!

We hit Tigertail beach to play at the playground, have a picnic and hunt for seashells. Madeleine came home with quite a few shells, even a few sand dollars, thanks to Jeff's sisters!

We rented an aqua-trike at the beach. It looked like more fun than it really was :-)

Madeleine made a little friend at the pool - Ava! Ava really liked to tell Madeleine what to do so after about 10 minutes, she needed a little break but would then go back to play with her new friend :-)

Auntie Erin and GG (Greg) were there too but both had to leave early so I didn't get any pics.
