I've exceeded my photo upload quota for blogger. What to do now? Not sure if I will start a new blog on blogger or choose another site. We'll see...

you can create a video with pictures via UTube :) that is what I did for Hawaii to consolidate. :) Good Luck - Wordpress has a similar thing too (just so you know)
